Is that a Pen Name? How do I pronounce it? Why would anyone want to have a Pen Name?

Yes, Li'az Teira is definitely a pen name - it's a shortened version of Liastoria Alestera (Long story). I've wanted a pen name ever since I started dreaming about writing when I was around...15? Now I'm much much older. The Peter Pen in me hates stepping into the path of Twenties. *Shudders*

People often ask why I have a pen name - it's the degree of anonymity that it endows me. This pen name once allowed me to write and publish my artworks on deviantART with ease. Since the digital fortress is supposed to be punctured with pits and holes filled with venomous vipers.

As a kid, I had wanted to invent an identity so badly, for myself - that I ended up creating one because it sounded exotic. But looking back, I think it pretty much grew on me.  I'm convinced it has a meaning on it's own - just that I don't have a definite way to pronounce it!

Tools of Trade
Tools of Trade sounds impressive, but the truth is art is an avenue of expression and I haven't been doing anything about the things I've created except to share them. Currently, I own a set of Galaxy S3 and 12x zoom lens; a Bamboo Manga tablet from Wacom. Pencil and Paper are my two best friends when I'm feeling down-to earth.

Finish my novel and hopefully, get it published.
